We do not log visits to our website or use cookies.

Emails sent to info@waymont.com or recruit@waymont.com are subject to data protection law. We collect, store and use the personal data you provide to process your enquiry. We do not share it with a third party without prior consent or use it for marketing.

4. Customers

For previous, existing and potential customers, we may process personal data to perform contractual work, take necessary steps before or after a contract, arrange meetings, issue proposals, deliver goods and services, satisfy warranties and comply with legal obligations. Data may include contact, identification, financial and bank account details and may be retained for up to seven years for tax records.

5. Contractors and Suppliers

We process contractor and supplier data to arrange meetings, discuss and deliver work, make payments and meet legal requirements. Personal data may include contact, identification, tax, payment and bank information. Data may be retained for up to seven years for tax records.

6. Employees and Job Candidates

Employees and candidates have the right to understand how their information is processed and the lawful basis for that processing. Recruitment, employment, identity, payroll, pension, assurance, health and safety records are retained only for the periods required by operational, insurance and legal obligations. Relevant data may be shared with compliant service providers for these purposes.

7. Storage and Security Measures

Personal data is stored on internal systems with encrypted backups held securely off site. Access is limited to people with a legitimate reason to access or process that data.

8. Breaches of Personal Data

Waymont will report serious personal-data breaches to the relevant supervisory authority within the legally required timeframe and will inform affected individuals directly where there is a high risk to their rights and freedoms.

9. Your Data Access Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold and ask us to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, or object to that processing. We will respond within the timescales required by law. Manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may incur an administrative fee or be refused where permitted.

10. Your Right to Complain

If you have concerns about how we process personal data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom or the relevant supervisory authority where you are based.

11. Changes to This Privacy Notice

This privacy notice is reviewed and updated when necessary. The source wireframe records its last update as 24 May 2018; this date and the legal wording must be reviewed by Waymont before launch.
